The 3 Core Marketing Activities of Every Business
Building your business begins with putting your offer out in the world, gathering leads, then nurturing your leads to convert to paying customers.
Lead Magnet Workbook
First, you need a lead magnet and landing page to attract people and provide an exchange for their contact information.

They get to see if you’re a good fit and have the answer to their particular problem set, and you get to see what people in your market are interested in.
Ideally, over time you create many of these low-level offers to continually test and discover where the demand is and for what.
BUT beware of getting caught up in the creative feel-goods of making tons of lead magnets without following through to promoting them!
Need ideas? Check out Product Ideas in Copy Packs!

When you’re looking for ideas, instead of telling us about your product or program, tell us what you do, who you help or what problem you solve.

Then click on Products & Programs, select Product Ideas, and then click the big yellow Take Me To My Copy button and watch the magic unfold!
365 Days of Social Media Content Planner
Once you have a lead magnet, you need a way to get eyeballs on it. Organic social media is a staple for driving traffic.
It’s so easy using Copy Packs (and this helpful workbook makes a great lead magnet too!). First, create your calendar:

Then use copy packs to create the social media content for each day!
In fact, social media is so powerful some people build their entire business in a single social media channel!
Email Marketing Made Easy
As soon as you begin collecting leads, you need to nurture the relationship you’ve begun with the people who opted in to your lead magnet.

Equally as important – your email list is the single most valuable thing your business owns. It’s not dependent upon any platform and it can’t be banned or cancelled. These are YOUR customers and fans who know, like and trust YOU.
Whether you have one lead magnet or many, you need to build and maintain a relationship with the people you bring into your world.
Lead Magnet Example: Real Estate
Over time you will create a number of lead magnets leading to each of your products or services. Each of these is an individual ‘hook’ or ‘angle’ that might appeal to your audience.
Here’s the real secret – you don’t know which one is the best until you try it!
In this example, you can see there are different lead magnets for different customer avatars: buyers vs sellers. Each stands alone as a lead magnet, or can be bundled together into a bigger lead magnet or paid product.

Using the Offer Page for a Suite of Products
We created three different examples for coaches, where instead of the typical landing or lead magnet page, we’re using the Offer Page more like a shop or linktree. Visitors will see everything each type of coach has to offer including name, description and typical price, along with design or other page variations.
The idea here is that this works like a library where each offer on the page links to its own sales page.
We didn’t build out the individual sales pages, but the collection of offers are real examples of what each kind of coach might offer. Feel free to use it for inspiration!
Samantha Riley – Business & Marketing Coach Samantha Riley – Business & Marketing Coach

Includes a newsletter opt-in at the bottom, so the delivery page and emails are used in this one as usual.
Note that the design uses a signature image and color throughout, emphasizing the name and description of the products.
Marcus Hayes – Career & Executive Coach Marcus Hayes – Career & Executive Coach

This version is pure product suite. The user’s only clickable selections are the various offers, sending them on to the respective sales page.
This means that the typical Pagewheel delivery page and email associated with this offer page are never triggered or seen by visitors.
The design uses photos with a classy, understated application of the brand colors for each.
Elena Cruz – Health & Nutrition Coach

This product suite leads with a section for a video sales letter from the coach. Never made a VSL? No worries! Head on over to Copy Packs to create a script perfect for YOU and your offers!
Notice the use of simple colored textures on white backgrounds for the individual products that eliminate the sharp edges of the images and give a more organic feel than the previous examples.
