How to Edit Your Delivery Email

When a customer signs up for or purchases a digital product, they receive an email containing links to access the product.

Although Pagewheel automatically generates the content of this Delivery Email, you have the option to customize it to better suit your needs.

Understanding the Delivery Email Editor

The Delivery Email Editor allows you to customize your email to match your needs.

Here’s what you can change:

  1. Email Headline: This is the subject of the email. Choose a headline that clearly explains the purpose of the email, like “Your Digital Product is Ready for Download.”
  2. Preview Text: This is the short text visible before the email is opened. Provide a brief and engaging summary to catch the recipient’s attention.
  3. Email Content: This is the main part of the email. You can edit the text, add or remove links, and even regenerate the content using AI. Make sure the message connects with your audience and gives them clear instructions.

Using the AI Page Assistant

If you’re not satisfied with the initial email content, you can use the AI Page Assistant to completely regenerate the text.

Look for the AI Page Assistant box at the top of the editor.

The product title is already entered. The AI system uses this title to generate the text.

You can modify this text if you want different results.

To regenerate the content, click the regenerate button on the right side of the text box.

Publishing Your Changes

Your updated delivery email won’t be sent to users until you publish your changes. If you’ve made any edits since the last time you published, you’ll need to republish.

To apply your changes, simply click the publish button.

Additional Email Marketing

Each time a customer downloads a product, their contact information is collected. Pagewheel makes it easy to view and download customer information.

You can then use another service, like MailChimp or ConvertKit, to send emails to your customers.

Pagewheel can help you generate these emails quickly.
