How to Get Help With Pagewheel

Need help? We’ve got you! Our mission is to help you grow your list – fast, and we’re ready to help in any way we can. Here are the ways you can reach out for help:

You can get help using the Pagewheel app in several ways.

Question Mark Icon

Perhaps the best place to start is by clicking on the question mark icon that you will find at the top right-hand side of your dashboard.

There are several ways to get help on Pagewheel, starting with the ‘?’ icon.

This expands our message chat window, where, during office hours, we will provide you with live support for any questions you might have. Our office hours are between 9 am and 4 pm Central Time.

You can easily send us a message by typing in the ‘Send us a message’ box. You’ll even see the time we will be back online if your message is sent outside of office hours.

Note that this icon is not only for when you need help, but if you have any specific requests too. Perhaps you need us to create a ready-to-edit batch in a certain niche, a particular asset in Copy Packs that we don’t already have, for example, or an idea for a new feature. You can request that by clicking on this icon. Please do send any special requests that you might have; we would love to help you out with them.

You’ll also notice that you can reach out to the Pagewheel community on Facebook by clicking on ‘Ask the Community’. This is a private group that you can join where you’ll find other Pagewheel users.

Many of our users find others to collaborate with on this group, and it’s a great place to learn more about Pagewheel and to get answers to questions that you might have. It’s an excellent resource for all Pagewheel users, and we’d love to have you join us!

Chat Icon

At the bottom right-hand side of the screen is the ‘Live Chat’ button. This will open up the same menu as when you click on the question mark icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Send Us an Email

If you’d prefer, you can email us. Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard and click on our email address: hello@pagewheel.com.

Another way to get help is to simply email us using the address above.

Live Office Hours

You can come to scheduled sessions to learn more about Pagewheel at our office hours too. They are live three days a week, as follows:

  • Monday: 11 am – 12 pm (Central Time)
  • Wednesday: 2 pm – 3 pm (Central Time)
  • Fridays: From 9 am – 10 am (Central Time)
